Friday, February 3rd, 2016 Room 4 Newsletter Dear Families, Catholic Schools Week was so much fun. The kindergarten class did great with participating in the dress up days and cheering their classmates on during the various events. It was fantastic to see so much shamrock pride. The long awaited 100th day was a wonderful success. It was so much fun seeing all of our students’ creative projects that they worked so hard to create. It was definitely a day to remember! We made a class 100th day necklace and books. The students created 100 day crowns, sorted 100 objects, made patterns with 100, and compared/contrasted different groups of 100. It is so amazing to see how much these kinders have grown as learners in just 100 days. The student of the week is Eliza V. for being very friendly and generous to everyone. She is helpful, follows the rules, and listens to her teachers. Thank you Eliza! I am looking forward to another productive and enjoyable upcoming week with your superstars. Make sure your scholar is reading every night for at least 20 minutes and gets a good night's rest, it really makes a difference. I have posted the photos from Catholic schools week and the 100th day of school on the class website www.mssanderskindergarten.weebly.com Enjoy your weekend Blessings, Ms. Sanders
