Friday, December 7th, 2018 Room 4 Newsletter Dear Families, Our elf Marshmellow surprised our super scholars with a class Christmas tree! The room moms thought of a fun idea for each student to bring in a Christmas ornament that best represents them and or their interests. Please send your student’s ornaments to class to share! We had such an amazing time learning ASL with the author Mr. Kentrell Martin! So many scholars ordered books that he even ran out of hardcover “Shelly Goes to the Zoo”! A new shipment will be arriving at the end of January and can ship back to school by then. If you would like to order additional books you can email the author directly at [email protected] or go on the website https://shellysadventures.com Remember to practice shoe tying with your schoalar to help them earn their BIG SURPRISE during our Christmas Party. Santa Shop has arrived and our school is looking for volunteers to assist with the kiddos and to wrap gifts. No experience required in wrapping. Here is the signup genius for this event. https://www.signupgenius.com/go/508084aabae29a2fe3-santa Another PTG meeting coming up on Thursday, December 13th at 6pm in Room 14. They will be going over events coming up, Catholic Schools Week, in particular. Enjoy your weekend, Ms. Sanders
