Room 4 Newsletter Dear Families, Thank you parents, for attending back to school night yesterday! Our sessions were brief and filled with lots of new information. If any of the information that was shared with you yesterday needs clarification please let me know so I can better communicate with you. Many parents had the opportunity to sign up for parent teacher conferences where we will talk more in depth about your student and their individual needs in October. If you need to talk with me before then, please reach out to me. I would like to share my deepest appreciation to our two extremely talented and giving room moms Daisy Visitacion and Chelsea Corpuz! Ms. Visitacion and Ms. Corpuz will be coordinating many of the kindergarten social events for the year, let us know if you would like to volunteer. Please remember to turn in your $35 to our class budget for classroom supplies, parties, events, and kindergarten graduation. Please place the Math and English Language Arts practice books in a spot at home where your child does their homework and will not get lost. Every Monday I will send a homework sheet with instructions in your child’s red folder and on the class website. The homework is to reinforce what was learned in class that day. If you choose to go ahead in the homework, you will be having your child go over topics we have not covered in class yet. Please turn in all homework on Fridays. If the homework assignments are too difficult or your child needs more of a challenge please let me know so I can accommodate them. Enjoy your weekend! Please make sure to check the class website: www.mssanderskindergarten.weebly.com regularly for any class updates. Also feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns at [email protected]. Sincerely, Ms. Sanders
